Charles Edward Breaux

Charles was born in Jennings, LA, and has lived in Grand Lake, LA, for the last 24 years. He proudly served in the US Army and later worked and retired as an operator at PPG Industries. Charles enjoyed fishing, wood working, and bowling. He will be remembered by his unwavering strength and the love he had for his family. He was a devout member of Christ the King.

Charles leaves his wife of 56 years, Sue; daughter, Tina Savoie and husband Chucky; brother, Nolan Breaux and wife Carla; four grandchildren, Sheena Sullivan and husband Mike, Heather Jennings and husband Justin, Hope Savoie and Chance Savoie; and five great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, and four siblings.

Visitation will be from 3-9pm on Tuesday August 29, 2017 with a rosary at 6pm and will continue Wednesday from 9am until procession to the church. Funeral service will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church at 1pm on Wednesday August 30, 2017 with burial to follow at Highland Cemetery. The very Reverend Anthony Fontenot will officiate.
