Agnes Hidalgo Johnson

She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Agnes was a native and lifelong resident of Lake Charles.

Survivors include three sons, James Johnson and wife Letitia of Midlothian, Tx, David Johnson of Lake Charles and Dwayne Johnson and wife Amy of Moss Bluff; one daughter, Karen Johnson of Lake Charles; one brother, Vernon Hidalgo of Iowa; one sister, Loretta Hunsicker of Westlake. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years Joseph Johnson, her parents Joseph Hidalgo and Angela Leger Hidalgo; one brother, Francis Hidalgo; one sister, Trina Caradine; and one grandchild, Dustin Cole Johnson.

Her funeral will be at 10:30a.m. Saturday, January 18, 2014 in Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Msgr. Dubois will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation is Friday from 4p.m. to 9p.m. with a rosary at 6:30p.m. and Saturday from 8a.m. until service time in the funeral home.
