With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a remarkable woman, Wanda, who brought joy and warmth to the lives of all who knew her. Wanda lived a fulfilling and vibrant 82 years, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever live in our hearts.
Born on July 26, 1940, to her loving parents, who proceeded her in death, Marvin Lee and Susie Minor, of Gravel Switch, Kentucky. Her Son, Deputy Kent Haws, also proceeded her in death, sacrificing his life in the line of duty.
Wanda's journey was made all the more special by the presence of her soulmate and loving husband, Eizoo Henry 'Sonny' Broesder, her children, Chemene Haws, Frank Haws, Bev Azure, and Jason Broesder.
In addition to her children, Wanda is survived by her dear sister Regina (Phil) Cappadonia, whose bond with Wanda was a source of strength and comfort. Wanda’s family was further extended by step-siblings Leanna Randolph, Sidney (Carol) Gordon, whose presence added even more love and laughter to her life.
Wanda's legacy also includes a host of extended family members who were all dearly cherished by her. Her grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews were a constant source of joy and pride.
Music was a constant aspect of her life, she was an incredible pianist. Wanda's fingers would dance along the piano keys, creating melodies that seemed to come straight from her soul.
The heart of hospitality beat within Wanda as she was an exceptional cook and hostess who found joy in bringing friends and family together.
Teaching was her passion; With unwavering dedication, she fostered an environment of curiosity, respect, and growth, inspiring her students to reach their full potential.
Wanda was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she found comfort, strength, and hope in her beliefs. Her faith shaped her character and instilled in her a profound sense of love and compassion. During her young adulthood, Wanda was called to serve a mission from 1961 to 1963, where she would share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in Spanish to the people of Texas.
In honoring Wanda's memory, let us remember the love she shared, the laughter she brought, and the wisdom she imparted. Her kindness and compassion will forever inspire us to be better, to love more deeply, and to cherish our time with family and friends.

Visitation will be from 1-3:00pm. The celebration of life, will Immediately follow the visitation.
