Timothy Wayne Barnett 39, of Crestwood, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
He was a Truck Driver for Grasshopper Landscaping.
Survivors include his daughters: Kayla and Ashley Barnett; parents: Thomas and Thelma Barnett; brother: Thomas Barnett Jr.; fiancée: Jennifer Hanna and nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Monday.
