Tom was a Forklift Operator for Tree House Foods. He enjoyed swimming at Little KY River, Deer Hunting, loved music, and played the Guitar. Tom was an Avid UK Fan, never wearing Red and always joking around to make those around him laugh.
He is preceded in death by two brothers; Steven and Joe Allen.
Left to cherish the memory of Tom are his wife; Brenda Allen, children; A'Marie Allen, Shane Giles, Thomas Allen, Raymond Davis, and Raini Williams, and parents; Otis and Louise Madden.
Tom's wishes were to be cremated.
Donations can be made to a Pancreatic Cancer Research organization of your choice in memory of Tom, to help with further research into treatment and a cure for Pancreatic Cancer.
