Susan Arlene Head 53, of Ballardsville, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
She was a member of Ballardsville Baptist Church and Ballardsville Fire Department.
Survivors include her mother: Rosa Head; sister: Mary Lynn Head; brothers: Mike Head (Donna) and Roger Head.
Funeral Service at 11:00 AM Saturday at Ballardsville Baptist Church with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation from 3-8 PM on Friday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home and after 10:00 AM at the church.
