She was born in Boston, Ky on January 11, 1939 to the late Albert and Lillian Cundiff Vittitoe.
Rose was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in LaGrange, owned and operated Rose's Grooming Room and was a retired Oldham County bus driver.
She is preceded in death by her son; Wayne Neel and siblings; Bessie, Alice, and Jimmy.
Left to cherish the memory of Rose are her husband of 65 years; Donald T. Neel, sons; Paul Neel (Virginia) and Tony Neel (Cindy), daughter; Crystie Neel, grandchildren; Ryan, Casey Mae, Jessica, Danielle, Amanda, Jacque, Carly, and Dylan, great-grandchildren; Isabel, Ahna Rose, Grace, William, Josie, Lora, Phoenix, Cole, Liam, Nolan, Mila, and Emersyn, siblings; Inez, Ruby, Earl, Albert Jr., George, Tommy, and Rita, extended family and friends.
A celebration of Rose's life will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 at 1pm with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange. Visitation will be Saturday evening at the funeral home from 4-8pm.
