Hello Ann and  Stacy, Angela and I are sorry for your loss.  We know Rhonda is with Jesus and no longer in pain.  Angela’s love for her friend was and is forever.

I had the pleasure of knowing the Higdon family for the last 4 years, supporting Ronda at Cedar Lake Enrichment Center. She was such a beautiful person, always complimenting others and shouting praises. She will be dearly missed 

Ronda's energy and friendliness will be missed around Cedar Lake. I have some pretty cool memories of Ronda in bible study. I am sorry for your loss, and will be praying for you.

Ron and I are so sorry for your loss Ann and Stacy, but Ronda is in a far better place and made whole in mind and body, that gives us comfort.  Whenever Ronda would see me she always recognized me and said a big "Hi". she couldn't remember my name  but she always knew I was " Todd's mom". I know he wishes he could be here. "Hey, Donnie, Donnie." When I heard that, I knew it was Rondoo. Yes, I spelled that right, because that's what I called her. A precious soul that doesn't have to worry about the pain and heartache of this world any longer. She brightened my world. She brightened the lives of everyone she met with her hugs and kisses for 52 years, and now Jesus is receiving those same hugs and kisses, and giving them back in return. She has heard her Savior say, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Heaven is brighter today. Look forward to seeing you again one day, Rondoo! Prayers for the whole family and friends of Rondoo: "Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted" (Matthew 5:4).

What a wonderful life Rhonda had.  She had the best mom that anyone could ask for.  When I worked for Cedar Lake Rhonda would always come into my office and tell me about the trips she would take, all of restaurants she ate at and all about her church.  To know Rhonda was to love her and I truly loved her.  Times charged and I only saw Rhonda on occasion, but we always talked when I ran into her and her mom.  She was one of God’s special blessings.

Ann, my sympathy to you, Stacy and all of the family and friends that loved Rhonda.  Thank the Lord this is not the end and we will see her in heaven again one day.

The death of a child at any age is a profound, difficult and painful experience. My heart and condolences go out to Ann, to Stacy, and to Jerry & Kevin and your families. I have fond memories of Ronda during our many family reunions and visits in Kentucky. Ronda overcame obstacles to live a full and productive life because of her determination and the love, faith, and unfettered support of Ann, family and friends. May you remember all the travels, fond memories and humor of sweet Ronda. 🌹♥️
RIP Cousin, Lee Allen

As one of the previous General Managers of Hometown Pizza in Crestwood, KY, my heart is heavy learning of her passing. We had a special bond while working together and she gave me the nickname of "Phil Phil." Her smile and laughter were infectious. Her work was meticulous and so very much appreciated.
