BARNARD, Philip Morgan, 73, formerly of LaGrange, passed away July 21, 2011 in Middletown, CT.
Mr. Barnard was retired from the US Army and a retired guard at Kentucky State Reformatory. He was a member of Fortitude Masonic Lodge #47 and Scottish Rite.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Barnard.
He is survived by his four children: Mindy (Brian) Merceri, David (Peggy) Barnard, Ronald Barnard, and James (Nanette) Barnard; 6 grandchildren; and 4 sisters: Alpha (Barry) Davidson, Dorothy Goodman, Peggy (Kent) Harris, and Stella Robertson.
Visitation is 4-8pm Thursday, with the service on Friday, 11am at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home and Cremation Services in LaGrange, KY, with burial to follow at Lebanon National Cemetery in Lebanon, KY
