She was born in LaGrange, KY on April 23, 1960.
She is preceded in death by her mom, Regina "Blondie" McIntosh, father; Elmer Adams, and Step-father; Victor McIntosh.
Left to cherish the memory of Nancy are her husband of 28 years; Donald Duncan, daughters; Patricia Acree (Chucky) and Melissa Acree-Sea (Jeff), 2 grandchildren; Alex Sea and Anna Wilt, great-granddaughter; Maddie Wilt, and her beloved dog; Reese.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031, on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 1pm with visitation on Thursday evening from 4-8pm.
Memorial donations can be made in Nancy's name to the Humane Society or your local animal shelter.
