Larry was born to the late Charlie and Betty Jo Rogers in Lebanon, KY on April 21, 1950.
He served in the US Air Force and retired after 50 years of service with Ford Motor Company at KTP and LAP in Louisville, KY.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Betty Jo Rogers.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Belinda Varble Rogers; children, Chris (Whitney) Rogers, Nathan (Amber) Rogers, and Beth Rogers; three grandchildren, Norah, Brighton and Elmer; his mother, Lois (Bill) Gill; brothers, Doug (Linda) Rogers and Ivan (Laurie) Rogers; many loved family and friends.
A celebration of Larry's life will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 11 am with visitors from 10 am until the start of the service at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange with burial to follow in Sulphur Cemetery with military honors. Following the graveside services, the family will be having a meal at Hope Church in PeWee Valley. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 4-8 pm at the funeral home where a prayer service will take place at 7 pm.
