A University of Louisville graduate, Kelly was larger than life and brought energy and fun whenever she entered the room. With a flair for the dramatic, she always had a tall tale to share with those present. Kelly loved people and truly never met a stranger. She laughed easily and often, her sense of humor and outgoing personality evident to everyone who crossed her path.
A voracious reader, she loved fiction and suspense novels. Her vast literary knowledge also included movies and music. She was the consummate critic of scary horror movies and was always excited when a new release took place around Halloween to critique with her dad. Kelly loved all things beautiful: sandy beaches, pretty clothes, blooming flowers, expensive make-up, furry animals, and good food. She relished in being the doting aunt to her two nieces, Addison and Ava. Her giving spirit was genuine as evidenced by her involvement in various charities.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her parents, Rodney and Dana Brewer, Barrett Brewer (Amber) brother, Granville Smith, grandfather and Gail Brewer, grandmother along with loving aunts, uncles, cousins, numerous friends and her rescue buddies, Daisy and Duke.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to either the Salvation Army Angel Tree at angeltreelouisville.org or the Kentucky Humane Society at kyhumane.org
