She was born to the late Earl Gordon and Rebecca Fogleman Malone in Burlington on March 5, 1951.
Julie retired from Rock Tenn Packaging Company (Westrock) where she worked in Project Management.
Left to cherish the memory of Julie are her children; Christina Ronald (Jeff), Wendy Buckner (John), and Patrick Hancock (Sarah), grandchildren; Wyatt Aulick, Kaitlyn Ronald, Jonah Hancock, Payton Buckner, and Ellie Hancock, siblings; Ann Meadows and Mike Malone (Trish), nephews; Robert Meadows (Zohra), Grant Meadows (Jessica), Bryan Meadows (Rachel), niece; Mandy Malone, extended family and friends.
A celebration of life will be planned for a later date in Burlington, NC where she will be placed in Alamance Memorial Park with her parents.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Julie's name to Alzheimer's Association.
