James Garrett Lentz 79, of Westport, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017.
He was a member of Westport Baptist Church and retired Superintendent for Oldham County Road Department.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Patsy Smith Lentz; sons: James Smith Lentz (Sonya) and Jeffrey Dale Lentz; grandchildren, Madeline, Garrett, Ben, Gabriel and Lacy; great grandchildren, Mikael and Maxwell.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 AM at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation from 4-8 PM on Tuesday.
