He was a devoted husband, dad, pawpaw and great pawpaw. He enjoyed working on his street rods.
Jim was an Elevator Mechanic for Local 20 Elevator Contractors, a Marine Corp Veteran and a member of the Quads.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Oliver C. and Mary L. Lewis; sister, Teresa Greene.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Linda Darnell Lewis; children: Craig Lewis (Alesha) and Chantel Perry (Bryan); grandchildren, Christopher Lewis (Kristi), Cassandra Lewellen (Jordan), Samantha Perry and Vanessa Perry; great grandchildren, Presley, Xander, Kristal and Holly; brothers, Daniel, Kevin (Teresa), Michael (Aloha) and Mark (Karen); sisters, Kathleen Robison (Eddie), Carol Reinstedler (John) and Denise Clark (Joe).
A funeral service will be conducted at 7 PM on Monday at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with visitation after 1 PM until service time on Monday.
