He was born on February 13, 1954 in Manchester, KY to Edgar and Carol (Dean) Moore.
Howard retired from Martinrea in Shelbyville, KY. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding dirt bikes and being a true outdoorsman and friend to many. Howard was of the Christian Faith.
He is preceded in death by his father; Edgar Moore.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 16 years; Julie Moore, mother; Carol Moore of LaGrange, brothers; Dennis Moore (Nikki) of LaGrange and Bill Moore of Loveland, OH, nephews; Matt, Evan and Ethan Moore and a host of Leger Family longer than the south fork of the KY river.
A memorial gathering to celebrate Howard's life will be on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 3-7pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031. A private burial will take place at Leger Family Cemetery in Rockcastle County, Kentucky at a later date.
Memorial donations can be made to the Oldham County Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
