She was born to the late William "Bill" Lee and Martha Berry (Neal) McGrew on November 1, 1942 in LaGrange, Kentucky.
Carol worked for the Oldham County Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years; Lee Roy Bell, daughter; Sondra Bell and sister; Donna Harp.
Left to cherish the memory of Carol are her daughter; Karen Miller (Dwayne), 3 grandchildren; Nichole Neuner (Matthew), Ryan Miller (Chris Duvall) and Kaitlin Warner (Eric), 4 great-grandchildren; Carter Neuner, Keaton Neuner, Zuri Warner and Xander Warner, siblings; Diana McGrew-Hutchinson, Robert "Bobby" McGrew and Elizabeth McGrew Hunter, many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
A celebration of Carol's life will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11am at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 4-8pm.
