She was born to the late Charles and Alice Hancock on June 25, 1940 in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and graduated from Sacred Heart Academy in 1958 where she played field hockey. Robin loved her family, never missing a single grandkids sporting event. She was a very humble and generous person who enjoyed shelling on the beach, camping, gardening and a love for Elvis. She was proud of her North Carolina and Irish roots. As a child, parent, and grandmother some of her fondest memories were days at the beach.
Left to cherish the memory of Robin are her three daughters; Robin Ann Fagan, Renee L "Wren" Schweizer (Joseph), and Jaye Marie Arnold, grandchildren; Sean, Steven (Olivia), Kathryn "Katie Gray" Lanning, Daniel, William Schweizer, Zachary and Caelan Pate, great-grandchildren; George, Kayden, Robbie, and Kove Joshua, childhood best friend; Peggy Liter, many cousins, extended family and friends.
A memorial mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at 11am with a private burial to follow at St Louis Cemetery, Louisville, Ky in the Duffy Family plot.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Caretenders for their thoughtful and loving care of Robin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Robin's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
