Stephanie was born February 24, 1989 in Riverdale, GA, daughter of Allan Dobbs and Gayle Flint Huckleberry. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from “the Real GSU” – Georgia Southern University. Stephanie was a Go-Getter and Mentor, when it came to her family, she was always anticipating their every need. She was a comforter with a huge heart and a passion for art, learning and knowledge. Stephanie was a true Patriot to the core, always seeking truth and a bold warrior of justice. She loved her family and friends, especially her niece and nephews.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother, Gayle and Robert Huckleberry; father, Allan Dobbs (Janice Thompson); brother, Christopher Dobbs (Brittany Walden); sister, Stacie and Joseph Hamlin; her cherished and beloved niece and nephews, Cooper Hamlin, Natalee Hamlin, Hiram Dobbs, Ezra Dobbs, and Theo Dobbs; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The gathering of family and friends will be Saturday, January 18, 2020 from 3:00pm to 4:00pm with the Celebration of Life Service at 4:00pm in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that you please honor Stephanie's memory and fulfill her wishes by contributing to the people she most feared leaving behind; her niece and nephews. By doing so, you enrich her legacy in doing what she endeavored to do in her fight with Sarcoma: secure a continued presence in their lives.
Any donations to the provided account will be held responsibly in a high yielding savings account and will only be accessible to the children, as they come of age.
If you are called to contribute, please do so by making checks payable to Brittany Walden, for account and routing numbers or if you choose to use Zelle to transfer funds, please use email brittanyj813@gmail.com.
