Kenneth Robert Emerson

Kenny was born February 1, 1993 in Kosrae, Micronesia. He was currently an 11th grade student at Troup High School, special needs program.

Survivors include his parents, Roger and Lillian Emerson; sister, Wendy Emerson Wilson and her husband Derrick Wilson and their son, Parker John Wilson; sister, Trudi Emerson Heard and her husband Denatay Heard and their daughters, Hayden Heard and Emery Heard; brother, Roger John “R.J.” Emerson, Jr., all of LaGrange; maternal grandfather, Hudson Edwin of Kosrae, Micronesia; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins all in Georgia and Micronesia.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, October 26, 2013 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Forrest Cofield officiating. The family will greet family and friends immediately following the memorial service.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Hospice LaGrange in memory of Kenneth Robert Emerson.
