Frankie Foster

Frankie was born November 26, 1941 in LaGrange, son of Claude Foster, Sr. and Adeline Valeri Foster. He was a lifelong resident and a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Frankie co-owned and operated Foster Mechanical for many years and was a former co-owner of Industrial Contracting and Engineering. He was a member of the Elk’s Club and the LaGrange Jaycee’s for many years.

Survivors other than his parents include his children, C. Frank “Tripp” (Staci) Foster, III of LaGrange, Kasey (Adam) Bittner of Marietta, and Linny (fiancé, Lindsey) Foster of LaGrange; four grandchildren, Ali Foster, Cal Foster, Sarah Bittner, and Ansley Bittner; a brother, Jimbo Foster of LaGrange; a sister, Cecilia Foster Edwards of Atlanta; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will gather at the funeral home to receive friends this evening from 5 to 8 p.m.

A funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2012 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Theodore Book officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
