Donald "Donnie" Joe Duncan

Mr. Duncan was born September 8, 1945 in LaGrange, to the late Hughey Duncan and Mary Byrd Duncan. He worked for a number of years for Milliken and Company and attended Community Chapel in Pine Mountain Valley. Donald was a loving father, great brother and would help anyone in need. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Cathy Hart, Denna Smith, and Janet Noles.

Survivors include his children, Mark Duncan and Donna Duncan Karr; two brothers, Hughey Duncan, Jr. and Mike (Debby) Duncan; two sisters, Debra Moss and Linda (Raymond) Battaglia, Sr.; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held 7:00 PM Friday, July 8, 2016 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Max McCord officiating. The Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM before the service.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Gideons in memory of Donald Joe Duncan.
