Charles S. Lowe Sr.

Mr. Lowe was born December 9, 1934 in Glencoe, AL, son of the late Amos Lowe and Linnie Jordan Lowe. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was employed with Walmart before retiring.

Survivors include his wife of over 50 years, Delores Lowe of Greenville, GA; two daughters, Felecia A. Warren and her husband, William D. Warren, Sr. of Greenville and Belinda L. Evans and her husband, Jimmy Evans of Luthersville, GA; one son, Charles S. Lowe, Jr. and his wife, Dawn Lowe of Stockbridge, GA; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 2 sisters; 1 brother; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Evans officiating.

The family will be at the home of his wife and will receive friends at the funeral home this evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to West Georgia Hospice or Relay for Life in memory of Mr. Charles S. Lowe, Sr.
