In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar W. Turner Sr.; her sons, Ronald A. Turner and Richard E Turner and grandson, Joshua T. Norred.
She is survived by her daughters, Lydia T. Bond and Beth (Randy) T Norred; son, O.W. (Janet) Turner Jr. along with ten grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Friday, October 11, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary in LaGrange, GA. The burial will follow at Meadoway Gardens in LaGrange, GA.
