Barbara Gann

Mrs. Gann was born March 11, 1935 in Franklin, GA to the late Orbie Cavender and Irene Norred Cavender. She was a member of Dunson Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her son, David (Shelia) Beard; daughters, Dianna (Michael) Miller, Linda Rose, Jane Evans; grandchildren, Barbara Acevedo, Samantha Hammond, Amber Keim, Jessica Twilley, Charlotte Hill, Charleen Holloway, Melisa Anglin Hopson, Latosha Hicks, Crystal Miller, Katie Miller, Jessie Miller, Ashley Miller; 23 great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

The gathering of Family and Friends will be Friday, March 18, 2016 from 6:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home. The Funeral service will be 2:00pm Saturday, March 19, 2016 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Reverend Tina Deese and Reverend Noel Forrester officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery.

Flowers will be accepted or the family requests donations be made to the Order of Eastern Star in memory of Mrs. Barbara Gann.
