Karen A. Drury, age 61, of The Villages, passed away on June 5, 2020. Karen was born in Scranton, PA. She was pre-deceased by her mother Therese; her brother Joseph and nephews Dan and Tim.
She is survived by her father James, at home; step-mother Frances, at home; sister Colleen; brothers Kevin, James, and John.
Karen loved dancing and was an outstanding swimmer. She won numerous awards for swimming in the Special Olympics during her lifetime.
Karen had two special Villagers: Emmy Hannold and Caroline Adams who were very loving and kind to her over the years. Karen was a gift from God. Interment will be at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell FL. Memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778-9648.
