Margarita is preceded in death by her father Jose Sanchez, mother Maria Perez Azua, stepfather Esmerejildo M. Azua and niece Melva A. Gonzales.
She is survived by her brother Pedro Azua of Santa Rosa, Texas and sister-in-law, Olga Azua of Harlingen, Texas. One sister Juanita Trejo. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Margarita will be greatly missed by many as she lived a wonderful life. Her family will miss her frugal ways and her many sayings such as “What’s up Doc?” and all her other unique sayings. The Sanchez Azua family would like to thank Dr. Eduardo Uribe and all the staff at Harlingen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for all the care that was provided.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Heavenly Grace Memorial. Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 10:00am-9:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm. Burial services will be Friday, December 2,2022 and will depart from Heavenly Grace Memorial to Santo Nombre Cemetry at 1:30pm.
Pallbearers will be Santos Gonzales, Jose Azua, Benito Azua, Julian Costilla, Miguel A. Moreno, and Samuel Sanchez.
Honorary pallbearer will be Miguel Esmerejildo Moreno and Walker “T” Nichols.
