Juan is survived by his wife Ashley Montelongo; his son Jonathan Hernandez his only daughter Alyssa Marie Hernandez and his son Juan Sebastian Hernandez, his parents Juan Luis Hernandez and Maria Del Carmen Hernandez; brothers Guadalupe Hernandez (Danielle), Francisco Javier Hernandez (Criselda) and his sister Stephanie Hernandez.

A visitation for Juan will be held Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559. A rosary to follow at 7:00PM. A Chapel Service will occur Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home. A burial will occur Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
