John Arthur Blue, age 93, of Harlingen, Texas, formerly of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023.
John retired from Armco Steel in Kansas City, Missouri. He was a member of the American Legion and fought for country with the United States Navy in the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife; Joann Blue of Harlingen, daughters; Martha Prakash of San Jose, California, Linda (Red) Nesler of Independence, Missouri, son; Scott (Saundra) Echols. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death is his mother Inez Christopher and his son Steve Echols.
