Gaudencio was born in San Miguel El Alto Jalisco, Mexico. He migrated to the United States in 1979. He settled in Los Angeles where he started a successful masonry business and raised his family. He moved to La Feria with his wife Maria in 2007 and started their retirement. He is greatly loved by family, friends and everyone he met.
Gaudencio is survived by his children David Garcia; Gaudencio Garcia Jr.; Mari Cruz Saucedo-Garcia; and Jose R. Garcia.
He was preceded in death by his wife Maria del Refugio de Garcia.
