Christine Gamez

with her family at Valley Baptist Medical Center Harlingen, TX. She was born on July 1, 2001 in

Harlingen to Aida Rocha and Marco Gamez. She was a 2019 graduate of Early College High

School. She attended Texas State Technical College and University of Texas Rio Grande Valley

working towards her English degree and planned to get her Master Degree to become a school

librarian.

Christine loved to play video games on her Xbox and is also known as XFabledUnicornX, you

can find streaming videos of her playing Overwatch. She had a Twitch account with many

followers.

She lived life one day at a time, enjoying life’s simple pleasures, texting with friends and family,

snacking, drinking her favorite coffee and showing her nephews Johnny Jr. and Axel how to play

Minecraft.

She is survived by her mother, Aida Rocha, sisters Amanda Guzman(Johnny) and

Bobbie Guzman; her Grandfather Benacio Rocha Sr; uncles Benancio Rocha Jr. (Camble) and

Rolando Rocha (Rosie); Ramona Guzman (Granny); aunts Gloria and Leticia Guzman;

father, Marco A. Gamez; brother Michael Gamez and co-parents Roberto Jr and Linda Guzman. Including numerous cousins.

A funeral service for Christine will be held Saturday, March 11, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM with prayer service at 1:30 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home . Following the funeral service will be a burial at 3:00 PM at Restlawn Memorial Park.
