Sharon R. Foster, 61, Kokomo, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2010, at St. Joseph Hospital. She was born August 20, 1948, in Marion, to Richard H. and Mary M. (Harvey) Tubbs. She married Ronald Foster on March 17, 1984, who survives.
She graduated from Oakhill High School in 1966. She was a homemaker and a very loving wife for 26 years and was a member of the Greentown American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling, spending time outdoors, watching wildlife, and loved trips to Brown County. She also especially loved spending time with children.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, William J. (Dawn) Foster, Kokomo, and Randy E. (Dina) Foster, Torrington, Connecticut; two daughters, Wendy J. Foster, Kokomo, and Julie (Gary) Black, Plainfield; granddaughters, Monique (David) Haire, Evansville, Alyssa and Sarah Foster, both of Torrington, Connecticut, and Haylie Black, Plainfield; brothers, Gary (Jeanine) Tubbs, and Terry (Deborah) Tubbs; sisters, Shirley Waters, and Jacqueline Dolby; one niece; several aunts, uncles, nephews, great-nephews, great-nieces, and cousins; her special second family, Keith, Kim, Kori, and Kyle Jones; and special friends, the Cline family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and one nephew, Michael A. Foundry.
