Ruth was born on April 3, 1948 in Bucaramanga, Colombia to James and Grace (Lingenjo) Ball.
Ruth graduated with the class of 1966 from Kokomo High School and retired from Delco in 2006 after 30 years of service.
She attended the Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul Minnesota and was a member of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Kokomo.
Ruth enjoyed going to the beach and swimming in the ocean. She enjoyed cooking Cuban food and loved to travel.
Ruth was a stout member of the Republican Party. She loved spending time with her grandkids and her two dogs.
She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Ruth is survived by her daughter; Tanya Langston and husband Anthony, sons; David Turner II and wife Shelley, Phillip Turner,
brother; James Ball, sister; Charolette White, grandchildren; Brooklynn, Shiloh, Brock, Brogan, Andrew and ex-husband of 30 years David Turner.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, brother; David Ball and son Nathan Turner.
Funeral Services for Ruth will be Friday, September 8, 2017 at 12p.m. at Full Gospel Tabernacle 1709 Faith Road
in Kokomo with Pastor James Ball officiating. Visiting hours will be from 11a.m. to 12p.m. prior to the service.
