Robert Eugene Dunlap

Robert "Bob" Eugene Dunlap, 90, of Kokomo, Indiana passed away on July 4, 2022. He was born on December 1, 1931 in New London, IN the son of Charles and Opal Dunlap (Davenport). On January 12, 1951 he married Greta J. Dunlap (Clark) who survives. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Bob graduated from Russiaville High School in 1949. He earned his Masters Degree in Mathematics from Ball State University. Bob spent time teaching at Western, Northwestern and Kokomo High Schools. He retired after 31 years in 1992. Bob was a master gardener and enjoyed nature, landscaping and camping with friends. He enjoyed spending time with his family.

Surviving relatives include his wife, Greta Dunlap; son, Doug Dunlap (Jamie) both of Kokomo, IN; son, Michael Dunlap (Paula) of Holland, MI; grandchildren, Maya, Dylan, Brandon, Amanda (Kenny Beasley), Josh Jordan; four great grandchildren, Kensley and Annelise Beasley, Alex and Brayden Jordan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

A Memorial Gathering will be 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM with a Memorial Service at 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home 2097 West Alto Road Kokomo, Indiana 46902.
