Peggy is survived by her daughter, Mitzi (Terry Deeter) Smith; son, Tim (Joan) Smith; half brother, Todd Allen; stepmother, Rebekah Reed; grandchildren, Lacey (Anthony) Louk, Aubrey Smith, Kyle (Brooke Bronson) Bandy and Kaylee (Eric Wolf) Bandy; and a great-grandson, Benjamin Louk.
She is preceded in death by her husband, George C. Smith; both parents; son, Brett Allen Smith; stepdad, David Strausburg; and brother, Scott Reed.
Visitation for Peggy will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, and the service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 8, both at Woodland Church of God in Kokomo. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Peggy's memory to the American Cancer Society, 5635 West 96th Street Suite 100, Indianapolis, Indiana 46278.
