Mary Kathleen Tucker

She is survived by her husband Virgil L. Tucker and 5 children Patricia Pierce, Martha Sands, Philip Tucker, Wilma Castillo, and Rebecca Cook, 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren (and 1 on the way).

She is preceded in death by her parents, Perry and Minnie Violet Morris, an infant daughter Donna Mae Tucker, a grandson Paul Neil Richardson, and 5 siblings.

She was a homemaker. She loved her family and was kind, gentle, loving, and forgiving. She attended church at Century Villa and Family Worship Center when she could. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She believed the best and hoped the best for them and always had a smile and encouraging word in even the middle of adversity. She enjoyed crafts, bingo, going to church, and living life with her family. She was an inspiration to all of her family, faithful to her God and family.

A visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary, 725 S. Main Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Bradley officiating. Burial will follow at Kokomo Memorial Park.
