Mary was born on November 28th, 1923 to her parents Everett and Lelia Cage (Fisher) in Kokomo. She was raised by Robert DeWitt after her father passed during World War I.
She is survived by her children Garry Brunk of Benton, TN, daughters Jeanne (Art) Cloum of Windfall, Cathy Hurst of Westfield, Cheryl (Joe) Hill of Bloomington, MN, and Stacia Winegardner of Kokomo; son James Brunk of Kokomo; sister Betty Miller of Sharpsville; step daughters in law Tara (Larry) Guider and Trina (Joey) Jackson both of Benton, TN. Mary is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchild.
Mary enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her loving family who will miss her the most. She was known to be a big jokester, you knew she liked you if she picked on you. She was a member of Fairfield Christian Church since 1935. She worked for Hooks Drug Store and CVS prior to retiring.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather, first husband Darrell Brunk, second husband Gerald Hueston, son Randall Brunk, brother Ray Cage, great-great grandson Connor Collins, and brother in law Charlie Miller; daughter in law Imogene Brunk.
Funeral Services will be held June 14th at 1:00pm with calling from 11:00am at Ellers Mortuary (Webster) with Pastor Lynn Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at Kokomo Memorial Park.
