Mary Ruth Finster

Mary Ruth Finster, 95, Kokomo, went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 31st, 2018 at 6:03pm at the Wellington Place. Mary was born on November 3rd, 1922 in Ft. Wayne, IN to her parents Charles Mason and Mary Ruth (Marshall) Pfeiffer. She is survived by her niece Dawn Cluts, nephew Kent (Sherry) Pfeiffer, and special friends Judy (Guy) Smith. Mary served our country proudly from 1944 to 1946 in the United States Navy. She was a lifetime member St. Andrews Episcopal Church, where she was their deacon for many years. She was an Elder Hoster at Manchester Episcopal College and was active in sororities, card clubs, and many church organizations. She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers John and Robert Pfeiffer Memorial Contributions may be made to St Andrews Episcopal Church. Requiem Mass will be Friday February 9th, 2018 at 1:00pm at St Andrews Episcopal Church (602 W Superior St, Kokomo, IN 46901). Bishop Doug Sparks will officiate the service assisted by Fr.
