Margaret Anna Cook

Margaret Anna (DePalma) Cook, 84, passed away on May 16th, 2018. She was born to James and Mildred Depalma on October 3rd, 1933 in Kokomo. Margaret graduated from St. Joan of Arc Catholic School. She worked as a nurse, a bookkeeper, and also at Walgreens for a number of years. Margaret married John Richard Cook on July 18th, 1959 in Lafayette. Margaret loved to play bingo. She loved soap operas, Dancing With the Stars, and gameshows. She was a wonderful cook. She was a member of Sunshine Club, of St. Joan of Arc. Margaret was talented at embroidery painting. She attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic church since she was a little girl. Margaret loved her family very much. They will miss her dearly. Margaret is survived by her daughter, Bernadette (Michael) Pederson; sisters Regina Wingard and Illa DePalma; niece Jane Marie; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Margaret is preceded in passing by her parents, her husband John Cook; sisters Jojo DePalma and Catherine Torres and several other siblings. No public services at this time.
