Joseph "Joe" L. Fleenor

Joe was a 1971 graduate of Western High School. The first job he took was Hanks (Thrifty Mart) in 1969. He went on to work for Kroger in many departments over his 37 career years there. His final position was working as a night cashier. Joe loved racing and the Colts. He loved to travel, especially to Arizona, and enjoyed listening to 60’s-80’s music including; Beatles, ZZTop and the Eagles. Joe loved watching movies with his grandson Liam.

Joe is preceded in death by his parents, nephew, Shaun Brindle and brother in law Michael Brindle.

He is survived by his daughter; Wendy Harper of Lafayette, sisters; Linda Fleenor and Ruth (Fleenor) Brindle of Kokomo, brother; David Fleenor of Arizona, grandson; Liam Harper, nephew; Beau Brindle, great nephew Drew Barrett (Amber), and great niece Jayle Brindle.

A visitation for Joe will be held Monday, October 23, 2017 from 5p.m. to 8p.m. at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel.
