Diane Sue Roberts

Diane Sue Roberts, 78, of Anderson, Indiana passed away May 17, 2024, after a brief illness. Diane was born on September 9, 1945, in Lebanon, Indiana the daughter of Dorsel and Madge (Lanning) Evans. She married William (“Bill”) Floyd Roberts on May 2, 1964. Together they raised three sons: Wade, Todd, and Chad. Diane loved her family and friends, cherishing every moment whether in person or on the phone. Diane’s Christian faith was very important to her and was evident with her smile and kindness she always showed regardless of who she might meet in her daily walks through life.

Left to cherish Diane’s memory are her husband of 60 years William “Bill” Roberts; sons, Wade Roberts (Amy), Todd Roberts (Kris), and Chad Roberts (Carol), grandchildren, Riley Roberts, Emilee Morgan, Chelsie Northern, Brennan Roberts, Nolan Roberts, Quentin Roberts, Mayln Roberts, Norah Roberts, Courtney Bodem, great-grandchildren Amaya Northern and Kingston Lyons.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents (Madge and Dorsel) and four siblings (Larry Evans, Kenneth Evans, Linda Cleveland, and Judy Hendrickson).

Visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Visitation will continue Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home from 10:00 am until the start of funeral services at 11:00 am.
