Bradley Lee Boyd, age 48, of Kokomo, went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 14, 2022. Bradley was born January 5, 1974 to the late Robert L. Boyd and Vickie (Harp) Boyd, and she survives. He married Kimberly (Rosa) Boyd on July 9, 1995 in Gatlinburg, TN, and she survives.
After Brad graduated from Taylor High School, he went on to work for Chrysler Casting Plant for 28 years as an Inspector. He was a member of the UAW #1166. Brad and his wife and soulmate, Kim, attended Honeycreek Missionary Baptist in Russiaville and Galilean Missionary Baptist Church in Kokomo.
Brad loved music, especially classic rock. He also enjoyed watching football, NASCAR and MOPAR racing. During his time off, he enjoyed relaxing with his wife, watching movies and was a big fan of the Sopranos. Brad was an avid collector of NASCAR and MOPAR memorabilia. He was known as a prankster and loved to scare people and make them laugh. Brad was an all-around good person and good friend to everyone who encountered him. He will be sorely missed by all.
Brad is survived by his loving wife and soulmate of 27 years, Kimberly; mother, Vickie Boyd; sisters, Nicole (Toby) Ogle, Peru and Lori (Scott) Murphy, Texas; brother, Brian (Vickie) Boyd, Florida; brother-in-law, Rick Rosa and wife; his grandmother; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews; and three fur-babies, Pacino, Phoebe, and Lucy.
He is preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Boyd; his mother-in-law; and his sister-in-law.
There will be a time of visitation for Brad on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary Webster Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo.
