William “Billy” Fayne Paschal Jr, age 68, follower of Christ, devoted husband, father, and grandfather (PawPaw) passed away at his home in Knoxville, TN on June 21, 2022, surrounded by his loving family.
Billy was born on August 8, 1953 in Augusta, GA, where he lived for two years before moving to Jacksonville, FL. It is there he met the love of his life, Kim. After graduating from Ed White High School in 1972, he attended trade school to become an electrician. He was employed by the Duval County School Board and later became an instructor for the electrician apprenticeship program at Florida Community College of Jacksonville. Billy would go on to start his own company, Speciality Restaurant Services, in Knoxville.
Billy was known for his storytelling and his ability to make people laugh. Before a decline in health, he enjoyed playing golf, water skiing, traveling, gardening, and tinkering. He was always happy to offer his handyman skills to others. Billy loved animals, especially his two dogs, Chico and LuLu. He was a doting grandfather and treasured spending time with his “grandbabies”.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Altha Paschal, and his sister, Ann Carrey.
He is survived by his high school sweetheart and beloved wife of 48 years, Kim Paschal; daughters, Dawn Caldwell, Christie Chovan (Danny), and Amy Hensley (Jonathan); grandchildren, Ashley Moore (Matt), Tyler Caldwell, Addisyn Hensley, Tripp Chovan, Campbell Hensley, Nora Chovan, and Larkin Hensley, and his sister, Zona Hamilton (Bobby).

A visitation for Billy will be held Monday, June 27, 2022 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Berry Highland Memorial, 5315 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919, followed by a funeral service at 6:30 PM.
