William "Scrapper" Ernest Kirby Jr.

2024. Scrapper was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed fishing and coin collecting. Scrapper never met a stranger and was loved by many.

He was preceded in passing by his parents, William and Mable Kirby; brother, Ricky Lee Kirby.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 52 years Teresa Kitts Kirby; daughter, Julie Kirby; niece, Lori Beth Sowers; nephew, Michael Lee Kirby and many cousins and close friends.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate the legacy of Scrapper at Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, Knoxville, TN 37920 on Monday, November 4, 2024, with a visitation from 5:00PM to 7:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, 3176 Airport Highway, Alcoa, TN 37701.
