Garren, William C. (Woody) 62 of Knoxville, TN went home to be with the Lord Wednesday March 11, 2015. He is of the Baptist faith. Woody served in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era. He is preceded in death by parents, Clarence and Lillie Garren; brothers, Bobby, Jimmie & Jackie; sisters, Sue Garren and Kathleen Dale. Woody is survived by his loving wife Vicki Garren; children, William Clarence (Amber) Garren, Jr., Randy (Jen) Garren, and Christy (Antwon) Lewis; stepchildren, Melissa Hickman, John David Savage, and Crystal Rutherford; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Ruby Dunlap, Pauline Burchell, Mary Johnson, Helen Coleman, Johnny Garren, James Garren, Jimmy Garren, Dennis Garren, Melissa Gomes, and Marie Fox. Family will receive friends at Berry Funeral Home on Chapman Highway Saturday March 14th from 2-4pm.
