William V. Cox, age 61, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Parkwest Medical Center. Bill was born in Knoxville, Tennessee on February 13, 1959 to Verlin and Rosemary Cox.
Bill worked for Coca Cola Consolidated in Knoxville for 38 years.
Bill is survived by his devoted wife, Joy Cox and his sons, William Shane Cox and Chris King of Knoxville. He is also survived by his brother, Randy Cox and three sisters; Renea McCarty, Valerie Cox and Judy Clemons. Bill had 5 grandchildren; Ezekiel, Cierra, Savannah, Serenity and William. He also had several nieces and nephews.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Verlin and Rosemary Cox and a sister, Susan Hill.
The family will receive friends at a visitation on Saturday, August 22, 2020 from 11:00 am to 12 pm at Berry Highland Memorial located at 5315 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee 37919. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm also at Berry Highland Memorial followed by a graveside service at 1:00 pm Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery.
