Oh, Sandra and Grayson, such a loss.  I was shocked when Regina Adams emailed the school and told us. We've lost a great man and wonderful teacher.  Teaching with him at AMS was a privilege.  My prayers are with you and your family.

Sandra, I am so sorry to hear about Bob.  Christopher had him in school and he learned so much. He really cared about the kids. Really enjoyed spending time with you and him at the ball fields when Eric and Grayson played together.  You are in our prayers,  Bonny and Mike

We were so sorry to read of Bobby's death.  So glad I got a chance to talk with him several months ago at the Karns luncheon at Jefferson.  Our sympathy to you and the family.

My children had Bob Evans in class and he was a marvelous math teacher.  I also got to work aside him at AES before he retired.  I had fun listening to him and chatting about all kinds of topics. I knew Bob since 1965 -- we were at Karns High School together and even though I moved to Maryland then, we have stayed in touch over the years.  I was so sorry to hear of his unexpected passing. Rachel and I are neighbors and got to know Bob, Sandra, and Jennifer as we walked our dog, Lincoln. We would often talk at the mailbox or in their driveway, We were saddened to learn of Bob's sudden passing and want the family to know that they are and will be in our prayers for comfort and peace. So sorry to hear Coach Evans passing. Great influence in my 9th grade life. Great coach that expected the best from on the court and in the classroom. I worked for him too at Alcoa Pool in the summer. I remember helping him move a couch out of his garage one Saturday until we discovered a raccoon living behind it. Great memories of a great man! He will be missed.

Coach, I want you to know that you were a great influence on me. I have so many memories of you at school and on the court.  I have always respected you and I am so appreciative that I was able to be one of your students and to play basketball for you (74,75)  You are greatly missed.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sorry to hear of Mr Evans passing he was one of my Alcoa jr High school teachers, He was a firm but fair teacher,who strongly believed in getting a good education, I truly thank god for putting such a wonderful teacher & person in my life, he taught me a lot about science & how to act like a young man stay strong evans family,he's safely in god's loving care.

Sandra and Grayson,  We are so heart broken to hear of Bobby passing.  With all the memories we have growing up and family reunions, we still would
like to have had time with him to make more memories.  We were looking forward to having you and Bobby visit Beaufort again.  There is still so much that you didn't see.  Please plan to keep that visit on your list of things to do, because you are always welcome in our home.  We are sorry we will not be able to make the trip to be with you during this time, but hope to be able to see you soon.  Just know that we love you and that Bobby will continue to hold that special place in our hearts that he curved out for himself long ago.
