Wanda I. Watson, age 91, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully Monday, October 23, 2017, at Ft. Sanders Regional Stroke Center. A longtime member of Loveland Baptist Church, and had recently attended Shannondale Presbyterian Church. She was a resident of Windsor Gardens Assisted Living. Wanda enjoyed volunteering for many years at St. Mary’s Hospital. Preceded in death by husband, James C. Watson; mother, Mae Ijams. Survived by children, Paulette (Buddy) Jenkins, B.J. (Ann) Watson, and Gail (Ken) Taggart; grandchildren, Joy, Kelley, Rachel, Deborah, Kevin, Kristy, and Keri; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild on the way. The family will receive friends from 10 – 11 am Friday at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Dr. Graveside service will be 11 am Friday at Greenwood Cemetery with Ken Taggart officiating.
