June was a member of Eastwood Baptist Church. She retired from Knox County Schools.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Kenneth Bettis; son, Jimmy (Dianna) Bettis; daughter, Michelle Johnson; grandchildren: Jessica Johnson, Jama Bettis, Onyx Bard, Janelle Lawson, Janessa Bettis and great-grandchildren: Brooklynn Young and Rayelynn Ketron.
The family will receive friends Thursday, May 30, 2024 between the hours of 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 with a service to follow at
6:00 PM with Rev. Danny Hill officiating. Family and friends will meet Friday, May 31, 2024 at Berry Highland South Cemetery, 9010 W. Simpson Road, Knoxville for a 3:00 PM Graveside Service.
