Terri Rebecca Thacker, age 63, of Knoxville, passed away peacefully January 29, 2018. She was employed at Tennessee Department of Health for over 30 years. Preceded in death by parents, Duke and Nell Rouse; brothers, Dale A. Rouse and Noble H. Rouse. Mrs. Thacker is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Seth and Tara Thacker; grandson, Ezra Thacker; sisters, Audrey Russell, Cathy Presnell, and Syble Chandik; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday, February 2, 2018 from 5 – 7 pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. The memorial service to follow at 7 pm.
